About the role

What you'll do
- Coordinate vendors and project execution with the JLL point of contact
- Identify and execute small and medium projects
- Prepare bills of quantities and scopes of work
- Execute civil works and interior fit-outs
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, quality, and safety compliance
- Manage handymen and vendor partners and prepare activity reports
