About the role
Carrier provides building automation and HVAC systems for customers. This engineer commissions and troubleshoots building management systems and prepares reports and technical documentation.
What you'll do
- Commission and recommission customer HVAC, lighting, and refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot BMS equipment through calls, emails, and tickets
- Review wiring diagrams and as-built technical documents
- Prepare commissioning reports, as-built documents, and technical advisory notes
- Track commissioning issues and action items through closure
- Prepare bills of quantities
