About the role
Carrier provides enterprise integration services and solutions across SAP and other middleware technologies. The role will guide integration architecture, unblock technical issues, govern reusable patterns, and mentor developers.

- Mentor developers and conduct code reviews
- Resolve complex integration escalations and architectural blockers
- Establish integration guidelines, security practices, and reusable assets
- Translate business requirements into scalable integration designs
