Oracle Fusion HCM - Business Analyst

Egis is a global consulting, construction engineering and operating firm working across transport, energy and the built environment. This role supports Oracle Fusion HCM services, resolves incidents and helps improve global HR processes.

• Provide Level 2 support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules
• Resolve incidents and investigate recurring issues
• Support global Hire-to-Retire business processes
• Assess quarterly releases and perform regression testing
• Validate integrations, reports, security and workflows after deployments
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve HCM support
