About the role
Caterpillar delivers enterprise technology solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations implementations. This engineer will architect and deliver D365 solutions, integrations, customizations, and releases while guiding technical teams.
What you'll do
- Architect and implement Dynamics 365 CE modules and integrations
- Lead technical delivery of implementations, upgrades, and customizations
- Build CRM workflows, plug-ins, interfaces, and reusable templates
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, environment releases, and deployment activities
- Guide developers and mentor engineering teams
