About the role
Thermo Fisher Scientific develops solutions for scientific, environmental, food safety and healthcare challenges. The JDE E1 Functional Analyst will support and improve order-to-cash, customer service, pricing and service-management processes.
What you'll do
- Own JDE E1 functional support for sales order management and customer service
- Improve pricing, returns, repairs and after-sales service processes
- Resolve transaction-flow dependencies across ERP, warehouse, finance and external applications
- Design functional requirements, specifications, test scenarios and acceptance criteria
- Support configuration, testing, deployment, training and production stabilisation
