About the role
Carrier develops digital products and platforms for building automation, energy management and related industries. The Technical Product Manager will set product strategy and roadmaps, manage product lifecycles, and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
What you'll do
- Define product vision, strategy and long-term roadmaps
- Manage product planning, prioritization and lifecycle from ideation through launch
- Gather customer requirements and write product specifications and user stories
- Coordinate engineering, UX, sales and other teams on product delivery
- Define product KPIs and analyze adoption, usage and customer outcomes
- Support product launches, customer demonstrations and enablement
