About the role
GoKwik provides commerce infrastructure for D2C and eCommerce brands, including checkout, payments, retention and post-purchase products. The Product Manager will shape product strategy, prioritize and launch initiatives, and use customer feedback and performance models to improve outcomes.
What you'll do
- Identify customer journey gaps and opportunities to improve adoption
- Define product vision, roadmaps, pricing and positioning
- Translate strategy into PRDs, user stories and prototypes
- Prioritize initiatives by customer value and business impact
- Partner with Engineering to deliver product releases
- Lead go-to-market planning and track product performance
