GoKwik provides eCommerce and growth products that help D2C brands optimize checkout, reduce returns, and improve retention. The intern will configure merchant integrations, troubleshoot onboarding issues, and coordinate platform go-lives.

• Support merchant onboarding and platform go-lives
• Configure merchant accounts and technical integrations
• Troubleshoot integration issues using logs and API responses
• Coordinate resolutions with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations
• Track onboarding milestones, dependencies, and timelines
• Maintain onboarding playbooks and documentation
