About the role
Turno helps commercial vehicle operators switch to electric vehicles through partner vehicles, financing, and battery value guarantees. This role will lead nationwide service operations, field teams, and partner networks for used electric three-wheelers and passenger autos.
What you'll do
- Lead service operations for used electric commercial vehicles and passenger autos
- Set up field operations across multiple states
- Manage service managers and field technicians across India
- Expand service partner networks and ensure technician availability
- Track service performance, costs, uptime, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct operational audits and provide performance dashboards to leadership
