Associate Clinical Operations Leader

Parexel provides clinical development and consulting services to the life sciences industry. You will coordinate clinical study teams and oversee study start-up, site performance, compliance, and close-out activities.

• Coordinate clinical project team members on small to midsize studies
• Manage study start-up plans, site selection, and recruitment activities
• Monitor timelines, recruitment, retention, and data cleaning
• Resolve escalated site issues and support contingency planning
• Prepare for audits and inspections and maintain central files
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulations, and company procedures
