About the role
Momentive makes advanced silicones and specialty products for customers across industries. This administrator will manage freight financial workflows and support regional shipment planning through a transportation management system.
What you'll do
- Validate and approve freight bills in the TMS
- Audit invoices and resolve discrepancies with carriers and Finance
- Maintain freight rates, account mappings, cost centers, and bill-to data
- Support freight accruals and monitor payment exceptions
- Plan shipments and coordinate planning exceptions with sites and carriers
- Maintain routing guides and carrier assignment rules
