About the role
Quince sells quality essentials through a manufacturer-to-consumer retail model, working directly with manufacturing partners. The Leather Production Manager oversees raw leather quality and inventory, coordinates tannery production, and manages supplier delivery performance.

- Coordinate tannery processing against technical specifications
