About the role
Quince sells apparel, accessories, home goods and other essentials through a manufacturer-to-consumer retail model. This role will develop procurement strategy, negotiate supplier costs and improve sourcing processes across assigned categories.
What you'll do
- Define commercial roadmaps and vendor distribution strategies for assigned categories
- Run competitive RFPs and negotiate pricing and commercial terms with manufacturing partners
- Create clean sheets and approve buy plans to improve cost transparency
- Coordinate upstream material sourcing with Tier 1 and Tier 2 vendors
- Build an AI agent to systematize RFPs and scenario analysis
- Deliver product cost reductions while maintaining quality and sustainability goals
