About the role
Quince is a manufacturer-to-consumer retail brand using proprietary technology, AI, and analytics to deliver quality goods at low prices. The Principal Technical Program Manager will lead cross-functional technical programs from planning through launch and measurement.
What you'll do
- Own program delivery from scoping through launch and post-launch measurement
- Align engineering, product, business, and legal teams on scope and dependencies
- Work with technical leads and architects on trade-offs
- Coordinate execution across US and India teams
- Surface risks and drive decisions across teams
- Build execution mechanisms and report status to senior leaders
