About the role
Quince sells apparel and other essentials through a manufacturer-to-consumer retail model. The role will develop procurement strategy, negotiate supplier costs, and improve sourcing and pricing across men's apparel categories.
What you'll do
- Set procurement category strategy and vendor distribution plans
- Run competitive RFPs and negotiate supplier costs and commercial terms
- Create clean sheets and approve buy plans to meet margin targets
- Coordinate upstream material sourcing with suppliers and internal teams
- Build AI-supported RFP workflows and scenario analyses
