About the role
Quince sells apparel and other essentials through a manufacturer-to-consumer retail model. This role leads procurement strategy, cost reductions, sourcing negotiations and pricing transparency for women’s knits and woven tops.
What you'll do
- Set category procurement strategy, commercial targets and vendor distribution
- Run competitive RFPs and negotiate pricing and commercial terms with manufacturing partners
- Create clean sheets and approve buy plans to meet cost and margin targets
- Partner with material sourcing teams to secure upstream pricing and availability
- Build an AI agent for systematic RFPs and scenario analysis
- Embed procurement processes in vendor and product technology tools
