About the role
JLL provides real estate and investment management services to clients. The procurement executive sources vendors, evaluates quotes, manages purchase orders and tracks supplier performance and cost savings.
What you'll do
- Validate purchase requisitions and bills of quantities
- Select vendors, issue requests for proposals and negotiate quotes
- Prepare fair value quotes and obtain internal approvals
- Raise purchase orders and coordinate vendor dispatch
- Manage procurement budgets, cost savings and supplier risks
- Onboard vendors and evaluate supplier performance
