What you'll do
- Coordinate escalations on non-listed item order execution
- Plan billing and delivery, including inventory checks and reservations
- Ensure orders meet contractual and regulatory requirements
- Manage the non-listed item planning backlog with internal teams
- Maintain accurate order and compliance documentation
- Monitor inventory and close partial or concession shipments
