About the role
Altisource provides technology and services for the mortgage and real estate industry. You will coordinate and document preservation work for reverse mortgage properties, from inspections and securing vacant homes to preparing them for listing.
What you'll do
- Manage preservation processes for reverse mortgage properties
- Coordinate inspections and address safety or maintenance needs
- Arrange property securing, clean-outs, lawn care, and winterization
- Track and document preservation activities and property records
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, asset managers, and internal teams
