About the role
GE HealthCare develops medical technology and digital healthcare solutions. This architect will lead mechanical product design across development, verification, manufacturing introduction and product support.
What you'll do
- Lead mechanical design and development of components and subsystems
- Guide engineering teams through complex technical decisions and design reviews
- Drive mechanical engineering work across the NPI lifecycle
- Develop verification strategies and assess design risks
- Mentor engineers and improve mechanical design methodologies
- Collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers, quality and sourcing teams
