- Review patient data for medical anomalies and protocol plausibility
- Support clinical study teams with project management and workload projections
- Track service performance and help identify root causes and remedial actions
- Follow up on compliance issues and support timely resolution
- Provide therapeutic-area training to project clinical teams
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and deliverable quality
