• Manage daily medical coding operations and contractual service levels
• Deploy, train and develop a team of 40–60 employees
• Plan work allocation, staffing and capacity to meet deliverables
• Track operational KPIs and distribute management reports
• Improve coding productivity, quality and service levels
• Coordinate client engagement and implement technology improvements
