What you'll do
- Manage assigned revenue cycle transition projects and deliverables
- Oversee team performance, appraisals, attrition, and disciplinary matters
- Manage process profit and loss and drive quality improvements
- Ensure service-level, quality, regulatory, and workflow requirements are met
- Coordinate with clients and report process progress to management
- Implement efficiency improvements using lean sigma methodology
