About the role
PUMA is a global sports brand selling footwear, apparel and accessories, including through online channels. This associate manages appointment deliveries and transportation performance for assigned B2B ecommerce customers.
What you'll do
- Manage appointment deliveries for assigned online B2B customers
- Coordinate stock prioritization and transportation with 3PL partners
- Track transporter SLAs, 3PL KPIs and transportation P&L
- Reconcile proof of delivery and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare daily online reports and appointment trackers
- Ensure adherence to customer guidelines and prepare SOPs
