About the role
3M develops products and technologies and operates manufacturing and research facilities. The Project Engineer will manage capital investment projects, coordinating scope, cost, schedules, equipment design, construction and commissioning.
What you'll do
- Manage project timelines and budgets

- Define and execute competitive bidding strategies
- Coordinate construction activity and lead equipment commissioning
