About the role
3M Commercial Solutions develops graphic film and branding products for commercial applications. The Product Developer will create, test, scale, and commercialize film formulations and provide technical support for product applications.
What you'll do
- Lead functional film research and product development
- Develop and scale film formulations from lab to commercial production
- Test films for durability, exposure, and mechanical strength
- Optimize formulations and integrate new materials
- Support and train customers on product applications
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and cross-functional teams
