About the role
3M develops products and solutions across industries, with finance IT supporting its finance processes. The SAP Finance IT Lead will lead the local team and deliver SAP FI/CO projects, service improvements, and compliance.
What you'll do
- Lead and coach the local Finance IT team
- Configure and customize SAP FI/CO solutions for finance projects
- Deliver end-to-end finance IT solutions
- Monitor SLA performance and reduce high-priority ticket volumes
- Ensure SOX controls and finance compliance requirements are met
