About the role
Harness provides an AI-powered software delivery platform for testing, deployment, security, reliability, compliance, and cost optimization. The Senior Engineering Manager will lead Bengaluru's Feature Management & Experimentation team, guiding its engineers, distributed systems architecture, delivery, and operational health.
What you'll do
- Hire, mentor, and evaluate engineers on the Bengaluru team
- Drive iterative development and delivery against team and company priorities
- Oversee technical specifications, cloud integrations, and distributed systems design
- Track engineering metrics and reduce production incidents and regressions
- Optimize cloud infrastructure costs and code review practices
- Coordinate with Product, SRE, DevOps, and other engineering teams
