About the role
Harness provides an AI software delivery platform for testing, deployment, security, reliability, and cost optimization. The manager will lead India's People Operations shared-services team and oversee HR operations, Workday, compliance, and immigration case coordination.
What you'll do
- Hire, coach, and develop the India People Operations shared-services team
- Set and monitor ticket resolution goals, KPIs, SLAs, and escalations
- Maintain India employment-law compliance and annual compliance training
- Improve onboarding and offboarding processes for India-based employees and interns
- Own Workday HR data integrity and support India-specific configuration
- Coordinate U.S. H-1B, green card, and business travel visa administration
