About the role
JLL provides real estate and investment management services. This role leads HR transitions for outsourcing agreements, coordinating transfers, recruitment, risks and delivery across APAC and global teams.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end HR transitions for outsourcing agreements
- Plan transition scope, timelines, recruitment and risk mitigation
- Coordinate employee transfers and HR and payroll system onboarding
- Advise clients and internal teams on complex transfer requirements
- Lead process improvement and support business expansion initiatives
