About the role
Capital One provides credit cards, loans, savings and commercial banking services, and uses analytics and data science to solve business problems. The Associate Relations Manager will lead consultants, advise on HR concerns, investigate employment complaints and identify trends in case data.
What you'll do
- Investigate and resolve manager and associate issues
- Coach managers and associates through conflicts and policy concerns
- Investigate formal employment complaints and serve as an escalation point
- Review case data to identify trends and recommend action plans
- Partner with HR, Legal and other teams on compliant resolutions
- Lead and develop a team of Associate Relations Consultants
