About the role
Capital One’s Card Tech organization builds technology for customer spending, payments, lending, servicing and related financial products. This engineer will lead software projects and developers while building, testing and supporting full-stack systems and deployment pipelines.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, implement and support full-stack technical solutions
- Lead technology projects and guide a team of developers
- Build distributed microservices and full-stack systems using cloud and serverless technologies
- Implement and improve local build and deployment pipelines
- Debug complex issues across applications, infrastructure, databases and pipelines
- Mentor engineers on architecture and design patterns
