About the role
Haleon is a consumer health company with a portfolio of everyday health brands. The People Solutions Operations Lead will lead HR service teams and improve employee lifecycle operations, case resolution, compliance, and employee experience.
What you'll do
- Lead and coach HR First Contact and Employee Lifecycle specialists
- Oversee employee queries, lifecycle services, and complex case resolution
- Monitor service performance, quality, productivity, and agreed KPIs
- Ensure services meet legal, regulatory, audit, and data privacy requirements
- Partner with HR, payroll, talent acquisition, and technology teams
- Improve standardisation, knowledge management, and self-service
