About the role
Haleon is a consumer health company with a portfolio of everyday health brands. You will support its global employment legal team with employment documentation, policy work, multi-country legal research and employee DSARs.
What you'll do
- Draft and maintain employment contracts, offer letters and related documentation
- Research local employment laws and identify country-specific requirements
- Review and update global employment policies and guidance
- Develop legal templates, precedents, country guides and playbooks
- Support employee DSAR reviews and escalate matters to appropriate counsel
