About the role
Zolve provides cross-border banking and financial products to migrants and global citizens. The Compliance Associate will test controls, manage remediation, assess regulatory changes, and support consumer protection and audit readiness.
What you'll do
- Execute monthly compliance testing and monitoring programs
- Identify control gaps and drive corrective actions
- Manage issue remediation from root cause analysis through closure verification
- Assess regulatory changes and update policies and procedures
- Review servicing, collections, and marketing communications for compliance
- Prepare materials for audits, external reviews, and bank examinations
