Head of Strategy and Finance

Zolve provides cross-border banking and financial products to migrants and global citizens. The Head of Strategy and Finance will lead financial planning, strategic initiatives, investor relations, and a finance and strategy team.

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling
• Monitor unit economics, profitability, and return on investment with business teams
• Evaluate new products, geographic expansion, investments, and potential acquisitions
• Manage investor relations and board reporting
• Build and mentor the finance and strategy team
• Ensure statutory, internal, and audit compliance across entities
