Talent Acquisition Specialist

Zolve provides cross-border banking and financial products to migrants and global citizens. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment, build candidate pipelines, and support hiring teams and recruitment campaigns.

• Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer processes
• Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements
• Build candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, and networking
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
• Keep candidates and hiring panels updated throughout recruitment
