About the role
Terex designs and manufactures specialty vehicles, materials processing machinery and equipment for essential industries. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring, build talent pipelines and support broader HR initiatives.
What you'll do
- Manage recruitment from requisition approval through onboarding
- Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and negotiate offers
- Track recruitment metrics and share hiring updates
- Monitor talent markets and recommend sourcing improvements
- Support onboarding, workforce planning and other HR initiatives
