About the role
JLL provides real estate services, advisory and investment management for clients. The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead full-cycle recruiting and hiring strategies for roles across the India market.
What you'll do
- Create and execute recruitment plans for roles from entry to executive level
- Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management
- Build talent pipelines and conduct initial candidate calls
- Partner with HR business partners and hiring managers to clarify job requirements
- Develop recruiting success measures and provide regular metrics and reporting
- Support internship programs, succession planning and pipelines for key roles
