TA Intern

Blitz provides same-day delivery services for eCommerce brands. The intern will support recruitment through candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and hiring administration.

• Create and optimize job descriptions and postings
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals and other channels
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings
• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Update candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Support recruitment administration and strategy development
