• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and support BPO roles across India
• Source candidates and maintain a database for future openings
• Coordinate with placement consultants and institutions
• Conduct skill tests and candidate interviews
• Plan project-specific hiring and meet delivery targets
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure documentation and salary fitment
