About the role
Concentrix provides technology and professional services to help companies transform customer experiences. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate delivery across teams, manage blockers and risks, and track sprint progress.
What you'll do
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
- Manage delivery, dependencies, risks, impediments, and blockers
- Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders
- Drive adherence to Agile practices and continuous improvement
- Track sprint progress, delivery commitments, and Agile metrics
