• Lead collection agents to meet recovery goals
• Monitor collection metrics and address performance gaps
• Ensure compliance with collection regulations
• Coach agents and conduct performance reviews
• Prepare reports on team KPIs
• Escalate unresolved customer issues to the Operations Manager
