About the role
ICON conducts clinical research to help bring medicines and treatments to patients. The negotiator manages clinical trial agreement and budget negotiations with sites, coordinating contract execution and compliance.
What you'll do
- Negotiate clinical trial site contracts and budgets
- Review contract language against sponsor requirements, local laws, and site feedback
- Manage contract portfolios and address execution barriers
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams on contractual questions
- Maintain negotiation, approval, and agreement records
- Support contract process improvements and mentor junior colleagues
