About the role
JLL provides real estate services, advisory and technology, including construction project services. The Compliance Lead coordinates project and vendor compliance, tracks notices and documentation, supports audits, and manages compliance reporting and payments.
What you'll do
- Coordinate with project teams and compliance partners to resolve queries
- Track notices from initial receipt through closure and update trackers
- Monitor PF and ESI document collection and portal pendencies
- Support vendor audits and JLL audits
- Update compliance, BOCW and vendor trackers and share weekly status reports
- Review cess calculations, invoices and related payment requests
