• Define the global strategy, architecture, roadmap, and investment priorities
• Own identity, endpoint, virtual desktop, and remote access products
• Embed identity-first security and Zero Trust principles
• Lead modernisation, migration, simplification, and decommissioning initiatives
• Manage service health, major incidents, risks, and audit actions
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary product, engineering, and service team
