About the role
AVEVA develops industrial software used by companies across sectors including energy, infrastructure, chemicals, and minerals. The Cloud Engineer will operate Azure Databricks and strengthen reliable, secure data and AI platforms, pipelines, and deployments.
What you'll do
- Build and operate Azure Databricks workspaces, clusters, and policies
- Prepare production processes, runbooks, incident response, and release readiness
- Harden ETL/ELT pipelines and tune workload performance
- Automate platform deployments using infrastructure as code and CI/CD
- Implement secure access, secrets management, and compliance controls
- Improve monitoring and cost controls and resolve platform issues
