About the role
Finnable aims to provide fast, accessible loans to salaried employees in India. The Collections Executive manages an assigned customer portfolio, arranges repayments and resolves cases through customer engagement and follow-up.
What you'll do
- Contact customers about outstanding debts and arrange payment
- Negotiate repayment plans and explain debt and non-payment consequences
- Record collection efforts and customer communications accurately
- Follow up on payment plans and overdue repayments
- Resolve customer cases and coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Follow applicable debt collection laws and regulations
