About the role
Eurofins provides analytical testing services across life sciences and other industries. This engineer will build data pipelines and platforms, automate laboratory workflows and reporting, and help productionize practical AI and ML solutions.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain pipelines connecting laboratory and enterprise systems
- Develop lakehouse architectures and analytics-ready data models
- Automate Power BI data preparation and refresh processes
- Implement data-quality checks, monitoring, logging and error handling
- Prepare datasets and support practical AI and ML use cases
- Identify laboratory workflows for digitization and automation
